Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions describe how Fluxion Analytics is provided and what you agree to when you use our website and application at fluxionanalytics.com.
Last updated: 28 December 2025
1. The Service
Fluxion Analytics is a web application that connects to Google Analytics 4 (GA4) using Google OAuth and provides dashboards, reporting views, and optional AI features.
2. Accounts and access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- If you use a team setup, the account owner controls invitations, seat management, and which GA4 properties a team member can access.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
3. Google Analytics connection
When you connect Google Analytics, you authorise Fluxion Analytics via Google OAuth to access your GA4 reporting data using read-only scopes. You can disconnect at any time by using the settings in Fluxion Analytics and/or revoking access in your Google account.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with security.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, or overwhelm the Service via automated requests.
- Do not upload or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content (including in support tickets, feature ideas, or AI prompts).
- We may apply rate limits and other controls to protect the Service from abuse.
5. AI features (AI Insights and chat)
- AI features are optional and may be limited by plan, add-on, credits, and rate limits.
- AI-generated output is provided for convenience and reporting clarity. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
- You are responsible for verifying results and for decisions made based on AI output.
- Do not include sensitive personal information in AI prompts.
6. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
- Paid access (including seats and add-ons) is provided on a subscription basis and is processed by our billing provider.
- If you change seats or plan levels, prorations or immediate charges may apply depending on the billing provider’s rules.
- Cancellation takes effect according to the billing provider’s terms and your renewal date.
- For billing questions, refunds, or invoice requests, contact support via the support page.
7. Availability, changes, and termination
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Features, metrics, and visualisations may change as the product evolves or as Google updates its APIs.
- We may suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, or security concerns are detected.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- While Fluxion Analytics aims to present your GA4 data accurately, no warranty is given regarding completeness or correctness of any metric. For critical reporting, you should cross-check with GA4 itself.
- The Service (including AI features) does not provide professional advice. You are responsible for verifying outputs and for decisions made based on information shown in the app.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluxion Analytics is not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Third-party services
The Service depends on third-party providers (such as Google for OAuth and GA4 APIs, and a billing provider for payments). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time as the product or legal requirements change. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
If you have questions about these terms or how they apply to your use of the dashboard, please contact the project owner before relying on the data for business-critical decisions.
