Overview
Fluxion Analytics is offered as a subscription service with monthly and yearly billing options. Payments will be processed securely by a third-party payment provider (coming soon).
Subscription billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period (monthly or yearly).
- Your access to the dashboard continues until the end of the paid billing period unless you cancel earlier.
- You can change or cancel your subscription at any time; changes take effect from the next billing period.
Refunds
- As a general rule, subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.
- If you believe you have been charged in error, or you have issues accessing the service after payment, please contact support as soon as possible so the situation can be reviewed.
- Any discretionary refunds are handled case-by-case and may take several business days to appear on your statement after being approved by the payment provider.

To ask about a refund or a mistaken charge, please reach out via the Support link in the footer with the email address used for your account and details of the charge (approximate date and amount). This helps the owner of Fluxion Analytics locate your subscription and respond quickly.
